Welcome to The Mindful Place

Our goal is to create an environment where you can feel comfortable and supported in your journey of Long Island mindfulness meditation and self development. We want this to be a place where you feel at home: mind, body, and spirit. In our center, we offer full 8-week MBSR courses and 2-hour mindfulness workshops. We donate 10% of proceeds from 8-week MBSR courses to a charity of your choice.

Corporate Wellness

Mindfulness taught by a CPA with real business experience. We can come to you or you can come to us.
