The Mindful Place and Get In Your Kitchen are partnering together to create a holistic retreat experience that provides gourmet food and evidence based mindfulness. Whether you are looking to get away for an entire weekend or can only make it for a day, we invite you to join us in our mindfulness journey. We will be practicing mindfulness, led by James D’Aconti, LMSW, who specializes in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction.
